Our focus has been on property management for over 40 years. We have relationships with sales agents to assist with buying/selling. -
How and when do I get my checks?
You’ll receive your payment via direct deposit or paper check (if preferred). Typically you’ll receive payment by the 7th of the month. Often, you may receive it sooner. -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenants pay rent directly via paper check or direct deposit. Rent is due on the 1st and there is no grace period. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
One-year minimum. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. -

What type of reports do I get and how often?
You will receive a detailed owner statement each month. -
